Mr. Maximino Santiago

Mr. Santiago is thrilled to start another year as a School Counselor at EBHS. His educational journey brought him to The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminology in 2017, followed by his Master's Degree in Counseling with a concentration in School Counseling from Montclair State University in 2021. Mr. Santiago's core belief is that every student can find success. Whether a student's post-graduation journey leads to college, trade school, the military, or an alternative pathway, every individual has a unique route to travel. He is deeply committed to helping students discover their goals and providing the avenues needed to pursue them. Outside of the counseling office, Mr. Santiago serves as a club advisor for the Sophomore Class Council, The Latin American Student Alliance, and he also coaches the Churchill Baseball team in the spring. In his free time, he enjoys staying active in recreational sports leagues, embarking on D&D campaigns, and spending quality time with his dog, family, and friends. Mr. Santiago looks forward to another incredible year partnering with our students, families, and the entire EB community!
