Ms. Jessica Allen

This is Ms. Allen's fifth year as a school counselor at East Brunswick High School. Her passion for supporting children and adolescents led her to earn both a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in School Counseling from The College of New Jersey.

Ms. Allen is committed to getting to know each student as an individual, recognizing that every student brings unique strengths, experiences, and challenges. She takes a student-centered, strengths-based approach to counseling, helping students build on their abilities while navigating any obstacles. She looks forward to supporting students throughout their high school journey, from academic success and social-emotional well-being to college and career planning.

Outside of school,  you will find Ms. Allen coaching field hockey and lacrosse, reading, and training for a half marathon. She is excited to begin the school year and looks forward to getting to know her students and their families.
