Transcripts

If you are a former East Brunswick High School student and need a copy of your high school transcript, a Transcript Release Form must be completed and signed. There is a $3.00 fee per transcript request. Payment can be made either by money order (made payable to East Brunswick High School) or cash. Cash will only be accepted if paperwork is brought directly to the East Brunswick High School Counseling Department. When completing the transcript release form, please be sure to include the complete mailing address of the institution you would like us to mail it to.

A complete form with payment must be returned to:
