About The PTSA
What is a PTSA?
The PTSA (Parent/Teacher/Student Association) is an active organization that helps to build a sense of community between all our types of members. We would like to try new events to boost student participation from all the grades in the school.
In order to organize all the events we are hoping to plan this upcoming year, we need the support of both the Parents and Teachers as well as the participation of the Students.
Please consider joining our PTSA. An Individual Membership is only $10 and Family Membership is $15. Click here for our Online Membership Form. Please note that you must make payment via Venmo or Zelle if you complete the Online Form.

Last Year: Our Board worked hard to provide the following:
- The Back to School Staff breakfast
- Senior Sunrise
- We awarded the following Teacher's grant requests
- Ms. VanDyke's Math Class activities to match her curriculum
- Supplies for the Art Intergration Experience
- Helped fund several Student Club/Organization and school events
- The NJASC Student Council meeting refreshments
- The NHS's Dunk Tank
- Ice Cream for the Senior Class Decision Day
- Teacher Appreciation Week
- Deli Luncheon
- Bagel Breakfast
- Cake for all
- Funded several Senior Awards in the total amount of $1,000.00
- Provided a Free to Senior's Sunset Send Off event, which included:
- A DJ
- Senior Band
- Photobooth
- Food (Pizza and Subs) and Ice Cream
Why Should I join the PTSA?
As a Parent:
- Helps us to provide better events, assemblies and support to our students and teachers.
- Being a member also gives you a forum to ask questions and get answers pertaining to your students resources
- Members will have a chance to win a $10 gift card a few times a year in a raffle (number of prizes given will be determined by the number of members we have).
As a Teacher:
- Must be an active member to apply for a teachers grant. See our Teacher's Grant Application under Grant Information
- Members will have a chance to win a $10 gift card a few times a year in a raffle. (Membership fee is only $8 for Staff) Number of Raffles held will be determined by the number of staff members.
As a Student (Family Membership):
- Senior Award Scholarship. Submit a short essay for a chance to Win a $100 or more scholarship. Students' parent must have an active family membership to apply.
- Student organizations can also apply for grant support, but the leader of the organization must be a member of a household with a Family membership.
